The Hello Tractor Impact Fellowship is a 6-month immersive journey for bold, early-career professionals ready to transform agriculture across Africa. Each year, a highly selective cohort of fellows dives straight into our technology, data, business, and field operations teams, solving real problems, building real products, and driving measurable impact from day one.

When the fellowship concludes, graduates step into full-time roles, partner placements, or incubation opportunities, with standout innovations eligible for funding support to scale their impact. All fellows join a lifelong alumni network that keeps them connected to Africa's dynamic AgTech ecosystem and global opportunities for influence and growth.

Internship Program
The Hello Tractor Internship Program offers students and recent graduates practical experience in the dynamic agri-tech sector. Interns will collaborate with seasoned professionals, develop valuable skills, and contribute to initiatives that empower smallholder farmers and transform agriculture across Africa.
The program emphasizes learning, innovation, and collaboration. With structured mentorship, training, and meaningful assignments, participants are encouraged to think creatively while supporting Hello Tractor's mission: making farming smarter, more efficient, and economically empowering.
